CS Operations was created from the desire to build a company that not only provided financial opportunity for its employees and stakeholders, but that created a lasting legacy of improving the communities in which we live and work. Our business model focuses on delivering sustainable solutions to existing problems, and finding creative ways and new technologies to address the needs of future generations.
Making a positive contribution to the communities in which we live and work is a key corporate priority for CS Operations. Both individually and as a team, we serve as volunteers, board members, and fundraisers. Some of the organizations we've supported include:
- Androscoggin Valley Chamber of Commerce
- Preble Street Resouce Center
- The United Way
- Habitat for Humanity
- Toys for Tots
CS Operations pairs a deep commitment to sustainable business practices with a strong focus on staff development to create a structured, disciplined execution approach that delivers results while remaining true to the company's values.
